Catholic Mission and PhilosophyOur mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment in which each child can achieve their full potential and know they are a cherished child of God.
We encourage a love of learning, an inquiring mind, a confident spirit, an open-minded and compassionate heart, and an ability to make good decisions and form positive relationships. We believe that children learn best: ■ when they feel safe, loved, and respected ■ through play and experiential learning in an atmosphere of positive encouragement ■ in the outdoors where they can explore and enjoy the wonders of nature ■ when learning is fun |
OutdoorsChildren spend a good portion of their day outdoors, on one of our playgrounds or in the large outdoor classroom. Research indicates that children learn certain subjects as well if not better through experiential experiences in the outdoors as opposed to in an indoor classroom. They can learn math, science, and literacy through activities that naturally present themselves to students outside.

SafetyWe adhere to rigorous safety requirements of both the Archdiocese of Atlanta and the State of Georgia. Twenty security cameras surveil the facility, and a full-time officer patrols the grounds and helps direct carpool. Our staff, substitute teachers, routine visitors, and maintenance staff must pass a background check. They also have taken the Safe Environment Training as required by the Archdiocese.
